To make this the community event that we hope for, any participation is welcome and appreciated. If you have a wedding tradition or ritual to share, it would make the celebration even more special. We envision a staff-free wedding, and some guests have already volunteered to take on roles throughout the weekend. Ways to get involved include helping with decorations, the BBQ, bartending, playing music, organizing Sunday games, setting up snacks, or preparing other meals. An excel sheet will be shared soon to help coordinate roles, so stay tuned for that! Any contribution, big or small, is greatly appreciated by the bride, groom, wedding party, and guests—but none is expected.
